  Randy Long is an exceptional personal trainer! He is extremely knowledgeable and is always updating his techniques to get his clients the best results! I myself am a chiropractic physician and have spent years in school studying the musculoskeletal system as well as how to effectively make changes to both the muscles themselves and the metabolism of the body as a whole. And I can tell you first hand from having trained with Randy myself that he KNOWS WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT!! His understanding of the muscles and their functions as well as the body as a whole is second to none in this area. For personal training that is truly customized to you, there is no one better!! I highly suggest Randy Long at Reality Workouts for all of your personal training needs!
