  Overall the quality and price was good. I am very disappointed with the customer service though. We made it clear that we wanted a mattress, box spring, 2 pillows, AND a mattress cover. It was mentioned at least twice about the mattress cover. We got a quote that we were happy with (which we thought included the mattress cover). The salesman talked to us at the end about the importance of a mattress cover and we said and I quote "yes, that's why we said we wanted a mattress cover." He said "yes, that's right you guys are already on top of things." A week later they bring the mattress... NO mattress cover. I talked to Reid and my wife talked to Nick. Reid actually told me he would be more than happy to send me one no charge, but he should talk to salesman first. After a half hour he calls back and says we should split the difference because his salesman doesn't remember what happened and that's the fair thing to do. They did offer to overnight it. Here's the issue I have. The odds are small, but what if my 3 year old has a bad dream comes into our bed and pees or throws up or whatever. I would be so mad so the only other option is to make the 40 minute drive back to Garner. It wasn't about a stupid mattress pad or $55. It was about being inconvenienced and management acting as though they do not care that we just spent 20 times as much on their products and are willing to let us go as future customers over 27.50. If their behavior would have been different I would have been okay with driving up there and paying full price. I will not shop here again and I told Reid that. All he said was "I'm sorry you feel that way."

  No high-pressure sales tactics here. Good solid products and the pricing was great for what we bought (queen and full sets). Would highly recommend them over any other store within 500 feet.
