  We use to be a good customer of these folks. We always paid for services and our glasses. One day we received a bill for $200.00 from MYEYEDR and my wife received a bill for $150..00. I went to the Garner office and tried to get someone to explain to us what these bills were for. All that we could get was "It must be a billing error with the Insurance company !!!" Our insurance had no idea. I consequently wrote letters to the Dr that I saw to try to get some understanding. I got nothing back, neither did my wife. I wrote MYEYEDR Corporate. Nothing at all. These folks simply take your money and never seem to be nice enough to help figure the scan billing schemes or why they bill folks sometimes.
  
  I like some of the folks very much, but there is no one there it seems to me help when some stupid billing person just bills someone for no good reason, it seems to us. I will never use these folks again nor could I recommend them to my friends. I guess that "Buyer beware holds for these corporate folks too." Good luck if you go and by all means watch your bills that you receive in the mail.
  
  As soon as we find the bills that bills that I was talking about, we will send you a copy of my $200.00 bill and my wife's $150.00 which neither one of us had any idea what it was for and we wrote you folks a letter asking for someone, anyone, to please tell what these were for. My one ever did. We wrote letters to MYEYEDR Corporate and got the same response. That was the "customer service that we experienced from your company and your corporation. What would have done if that had happened to you ?
  We see "Scams" everyday on the news, in the newspaper, and in business. We strongly feel that this was on either from your company or someone posing to represent your company. But the bottom line is that we are out $350.00 and no one can explain it to us. I guess that we ought feel somewhat lucky . I feel screwed personally. You put your hand on a hot stove once. Put it on a second time you are stupid.

  Went in over a week ago when my glasses I purchased a year prior broke. They had me get an exam before being able to order new frames which they then claimed they would rush. I called last Friday to ask when I could expect my new glasses as I am currently wearing a pair that is over 5 years off prescription and causes me migraines.
  They told me they would be ready on the 11th. Today they called to tell me the lab can't get them to me until the 13th. I'm in constant pain and have told the women I've spoken to this each time we've talked. She will not give me their labs number and keeps saying she will call them for me. 10 outta 10 they've lost my business permanently. I'll be finding a new doctor, after using Eye Care Associates the company they took over last year, for my entire life.
