  We have had nothing but great experiences with Banfield hospitals (3 locations) for our 3 dogs. In fact, we are adding my son in laws new puppy to our plan so he can enjoy the peace of mind that comes with a healthy happy pet! The Wellness plan makes keeping them up to date on their shots and worming so much easier and convenient. One of our dogs was recently diagnosed with early heartworm and the staff treat her like a queen while she is with them so she is happy to see them instead of nervous. The staff always makes us feel welcome, and answers any questions we have had. The follow-up calls after every visit to make sure everything is fine (no reactions, etc) is appreciated. I would recommend Banfield to everyone!

  Worst plan ever i do not recomend it they rip u off and also supposely they wil call u but its a lie. They start all nice then they try to make u pay more than normal and the medison they give to the dogs is a rip off it made my dog look bad and now we havent taken him in 3 months becouse they have not called me to make on appoinment like they said and he looks better and by better i mean no worms and has more muscle than when we were taking him to benfield pet hospetial in timber drive. And they also take mony off ur bank iven if they dont look at ur pet and forget the 1 star because it disorve a -1.
  
  And everyone dont sign any papper work its all a lie and when u do sign its impossible for u to get off the plan. When u try to get off the plan u get charged for things that ur pet has not used im not talking $50 or $60. Im talking about $300 to $400.
  
  And they dont looke at ur dog if its an amergency u have to make a apointment and wt if ur dog is dying well u nead to make the appointment and tell ur dog not to dye.
